What is our vision?
Yet to be fully discovered, natural ingredients flow under the ocean’s surface. Worldwide, over 12.000 seaweed species exist in different shapes, colours, sizes and nutrient content, absorbing CO2 and growing using sunlight and ocean minerals. At ISS, we passionately believe they are part of the answer to adapting to climate and resource crises and a great source of bioactive compounds. We source our seaweed from the pristine waters in the Azores, Portugal, the fjords in Norway and other unique coasts. By leveraging the most advanced marine biotech science, we extract seaweed ingredients, sustainable and natural solutions for your everyday products. |

We work closely with innovative manufacturers of cosmetics, nutraceuticals, petceuticals, and functional food and beverages. After listening to our customer's ideas and needs, we develop tailor-made solutions using seaweed from our suppliers worldwide. Alternatively, we offer ready-made bioactive ingredients from our proprietary portfolio. |
